After class students will need to take the required open-book test on the Scrum Alliance website in order to complete their Certified ScrumMaster status.

The 2-day ScrumMaster Certification class is suitable for those practicing or looking to practice the art of the ScrumMaster, but is highly valuable for anyone involved in Scrum (Managers, Team Members, Product Managers, etc.).  While no experience is necessary, attendees should have some familiarity with Scrum.  We strongly recommend you start by reading our Scrum overview and then reading a good book on Scrum or Agile, such as "Succeeding With Agile," by Mike Cohn, before class.
