Dr. Custodio is a Certified Scrum@Scale Trainer (CS@T), Scrum Inc Trainer, Certified SAFe Program Consultant (CSPC), Certified Scrum Professional – SM and PO (CSP-SM/PO), and PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), holds an MBA and Ph.D. in Information Systems.
